Graphic Packaging International Canada, ULC, a subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, announced that it closed its thermo mechanical paperboard mill in Jonquiere, Quebec. This decision was made as a result of a thorough assessment of the facility’s manufacturing capabilities, associated costs and market demand for its products.
